Respite v2.0.0 is out

This is the camp scene update. Starting a long rest now places a full camp on the map: campfire, workbench, weapon rack, medical bedding, cooking station, and player gear. Everything covered in the dev log series lands in this version.

Cooking is in. Characters with Cook's Utensils can prepare meals during the rest and serve feasts to the party. Well Fed buffs stick until the next long rest.

Identify sharing is in. If someone has Identify prepared, they can offer it to the whole party through the Workbench.

The short list of the other stuff: Detect Magic visual overhaul, travel mishap effects, rations and hydration tracking, AFK support, potion tasting, and a bunch of fixes for sync issues and stale state.

Update from the Foundry package manager. The art pack (v1.1.0) adds station token art for all the new camp objects - grab it from the Content Packs screen in module settings or it'll nudge you on first camp setup.
